Toast each marshmallow until lightly browned over a flame – like a barbecue, campfire or gas stovetop – or with a butane torch. Place Eli’s Fudge brownies (1″x1″ or 2″x2″ size) on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on HIGH for about 10 seconds or until just warm. Skewer warm brownies with wooden skewer, alternating with marshmallows.Serve immediately with dessert sauces for dipping (we used hot fudge and strawberry sauces).
