JamesBeardEatsWeekCelebrate Chicago’s famous culinary scene during #JBEatsWeek April 27 – May 7 with a special dessert inspired by James Beard!

We’ll be serving Eli’s Honest Abe Cheesecake – back by popular demand! Rich and creamy goat’s milk cheesecake baked with fresh, caramelized apples, topped with cardamom honey caramel. Featuring Illinois ingredients including Nielsen-Massey Vanilla and honey from the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences. Our wildflower honey is produced by student beekeepers at the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences.

The James Beard Foundation Awards, dubbed “the Oscars of the food world” by Time Magazine, celebrates the best and brightest culinary professionals in America. The city of Chicago is incredibly proud to host the nation’s preeminent honors Monday, May 7, 2018.
