Eligibility: In order to submit an entry, the person must be a legal resident of the United States and over the age of 18. Each person may submit only one entry or the person will be disqualified. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have within the past six months performed services for The Eli’s Cheesecake Company, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

How to enter:  (i) submit entry on-line at  http://elicheesecake.com/Celebrate_Form.aspx or  (ii) Submit entry at the location of Eli’s Cheesecake World 6701 W. Forest Preserve Drive, Chicago, IL 60634. (iii) Mail a postcard with your name, address, phone number, birthdate (including year) and email address to Eli’s Cheesecake World ATTN: Sweepstakes, 6701 W. Forest Preserve Drive, Chicago, IL 60634. All entries must be received by 11am CST on July 28, 2011. All entries become the property of The Eli’s Cheesecake Company and will not be returned and may be used by The Eli’s Cheesecake Company for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.

One winner will be drawn at random from all entries on or about July 28, 2011. Full name of the winner will appear on The Eli’s Cheesecake Company website, Twitter and Facebook web pages. Winners will be notified by email or phone and must meet all eligibility requirements. All entrants will be added to Eli's mailing list and agree to ocassionally receive emails from The Eli's Cheesecake Company. Entrants may opt out of the mailing list at any time.

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. The Eli’s Cheesecake Company is not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, errors in faxes or shipments, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.

Grand Prize: Two Unitd Airlines ticket vouchers to fly to any airport in the 50 United States that United Airliens services, and one Eli's Cheesecake shipped anywhere in the continental US.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, The Eli’s Cheesecake Company reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, transportation, accomodations and other expenses involved with his or her use of the prize.

Unforeseen Events: The Eli’s Cheesecake Company reserves the right to change this contest at their sole discretion at any time that The Eli’s Cheesecake Company becomes aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the contest security or fairness. The Eli’s Cheesecake Company reserves the right to announce any contest rules changes on their website. The Eli’s Cheesecake Company is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
