Cheesecake “Martinis” (kid-friendly version)

Cheesecake Martinis Photo

  • Eli’s Original Plain Cheesecake, any flavor, cut into 1 or 2-inch chunks
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Dessert sauce, three varieties (shown here: raspberry, caramel, chocolate syrup)
  • Whipped Cream
  • Desired garnishes (shown here: chocoalte sprinkles, fresh fruit, nuts, mint sprigs)

Dip rim of each of three small martini glasses into simple syrup (for simple syrup: mix 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in saucepan; boil and stir until sugar is dissolved). Allow excess to drip off. Gently dip rim of glass into granulated sugar or cocoa powder. Place one piece of Eli’s Cheesecake into the bottom of each glass. Top each with a different drizzle of dessert sauce, whipped cream, fruit and nut garnish.
