2002 Eli's shows their commitment to education through a number of events including participating in the Illinois Restaurant Association's Educational Foundation
Students from Dunbar Vocational Career Academy Volunteering for the Eli's Cheesecake Company at the 2002 Casual Furniture Show Mini-Taste of Chicago as part of the IRA's Educational Foundation whose mission is to build Illinois’ hospitality workforce through career exploration and development programs, scholarships and image enhancement.
