All submissions will be judged on creativity, uniqueness and clearness of message (Use of Eli’s product)  

The winning submission will win an Eli’s Seasonal Celebration (one cheesecake every quarter for a year, sent anywhere in the continental USA).  The second prize winner will receive an Eli’s Cheesecake Tower and third prize will receive an Eli’s T-shirt.   

If your photo is selected as a winner, Eli’s will post your photograph to the www.elicheesecake.com website. In addition, Eli’s may post photographs on the website that are not selected as winners. By submitting a photograph in the contest, you acknowledge and agree that Eli’s shall have the right (without limitation or further compensation to you) to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, publish, promote, display and otherwise use your entry in any way it sees fit, including the right to publish your entry online and in print, as described herein.

Prizes are no assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed by winners. Prizes are subject to availability and  Eli’s  reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each contestant’s consent to the publication of his or her name, likeness, city and state of residence and biographical information in any media, including without limitation the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by an eligible winner in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of sponsor and contest judges designated by Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
