DIY Red, White and Blue Cheesecake Topping

  • Eli’s Original Plain Cheesecake (any size you prefer)
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Fresh fruit chunks or whole, fresh berries
  1. Using a piping bag, cover the entire cheesecake with a layer of whipped cream frosting (see recipe below).
  2. Smooth out the layer with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
  3. Create a border of whipped cream around the outside of the cheesecake with short, quick circular motions.
  4. Top the center part of the cheesecake with strawberries or raspberries.
  5. Add blueberries or blackberries to garnish.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Using a smaller piping bag or a spoon, finish the cake with a drizzle of white chocolate across the entire cheesecake.
  7. Keep refrigerated until serving.

 

Whipped Cream Frosting

  1. Beat the cream until frothy using a hand mixer. For best results, use a chilled bowl and chilled beaters.
  2. Gradually add in the vanilla and sugar while continuously beating the mixture.
  3. Continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Use immediately.
