We just had the pleasure of trying Eli’s for the very first time….We work at an art shop in Republic, Mo (10 miles west of Springfield) and one of our painting students in class today from the Chicago area was kind enough to bring us one of the Samplers from Eli’s….It was delicious, and needless to say, there were no leftovers!!! Just wanted to let you know what a great product you have. I’m rather fond of the regular cheese cake myself…Being born in New York, I have always called it New York style….but now, I guess, we can call it Eli’s “Chicago Style”. We really enjoyed every bite……….Have a nice holiday season….
